1910 Quarter Sawn Oak, Queen Anne Style Table & 6 Chairs
Quality quarter sawn oak is very apparent in this attractive dining set from 1910. The entire set has been fully restored and the chairs re-upholstered. The set is in room-ready condition. The finish is medium golden oak. The chairs upholstery fabric is beige, taupe and soft green brocaded fabric. The table and six chairs have graceful Queen Anne cabriole-style legs. There are five regular chairs, and one captain’s (or head) chair. The table has two matching leaves. The table is 42” wide x 47 ½” long without the leaves. The two leaves are each 11 ¾” wide for a total length of 71” when fully extended. Dimensions of the chairs are; 39 ½” tall, and the seating area is 18” wide x 15 ¾” deep. The captain’s chair is; 39 ½” tall, 23” wide at the arms, and the seating area is 19” wide and 17 ½” deep. There is a matching buffet which is currently being restored and will be listed separately.
