1892 GWTW Parlor Lamp w/Farmyard Scene

(Item: 0571)

Sorry, This Item Is SOLD!!!

Gone With The Wind Parlor Lamp w/Farmyard Scene...Unusual!!

This wonderful parlor lamp was probably someone's pride and joy a hundred years ago! The patent dates are 4/30/1885 marked on the stem, and 1/5/1892 on the top of the Royal burner (see pictures). This lamp is in near mint original condition...no chips, cracks or imperfections, and it is still set up to burn kerosene! The lamp came from an estate in the midwest, which is where you would expect to find a farmyard! The lamp is 21 3/4" tall, without the chimney. The chimney is a replacemnet, but fits well. The globe and base are all original and extremely attractive. This lamp certainly shouts midwest, and if you like farms...this is for you!

Please be patient for five larger pictures to download,...the rooster is crowing, but please hang in there!
