1890's Victorian Carved Oak Bed

If you have been searching for a fabulous and unforgetable bed for your home...this is definitly it! An 1890's heavily pierce carved oak bed. You won't find particle board here! The bed is an unusual size, full length, but queen width (74' length, 60" wide). Very usable in this day and age! We ordered a custom made, top of the line, firm mattress with lumbar support and quilted top, and box springs. They are still in the pastic bags. The bed has been professionally refinished, and features acanthus leaves in the carving. The claw feet have wings that extend to the side rails. The dimensions of the frame are 84" long and 66 1/2" wide. The oak is 2 1/2" thick on the head and foot board. Could this bed be any nicer,...we don't think so!
