1907 Adlake Santa Fe Railroad Switch Lamp
This Adlake "non-sweating" switch lamp is in all original condition, never been cleaned! The last patent date on the brass plate on the lid is August 13, 1907. It is cast "Santa Fe" at the bottom of the frame. Stamped on a small metal plate and attached on the side is "S29194". It has two green glass and two amber glass lenses, and the original Pyrex chimney is still on the pot inside (see pictures). The amber lenses are 4 1/8" in diameter, and the green lenses are 3 3/4" in diameter. The pot will still hold oil, and has a bit of wick left. Overall measurements of the lamp are; 12 1/8" tall, and 8 ½" wide. This lamp will clean up nicely, but for the railroad buff who loves totally original, this switch stand lamp is it!
