When tea was as precious as gold, this rosewood tea caddy was very important to someone! it measures 8" long, 4 1/4" deep, 3 3/4" tall, and has two compartments for tea with small lids. The compartments are lined with the original foil liners. There is a mother of pearl escutcheon (key hole) and lock, but no key. One could easily be made. This very early tea caddy is a harder to find piece, but well worth it!
